Short post today, typed whilst feeding my daughter Mabel!
After my lemon bread success & persuaded by my husband, I made Hummingbird Bakery’s Banana Bread. It’s super easy & quick.
I didn’t have plain flour but used the bread flour I had left over from making pizza dough many moons ago.
It came out a treat! This recipe has cinnamon for a spicy kick. The brown sugar gives it a treacly taste & the bananas keep it moist. What’s not to like?
So there was none left when Beeing Boo came round for a cuppa to give Mabel her gorgeous headband she made …
